Evans, CEO of Sense Technology, typically heads this charge, as he is also the head of research and development at PulStar.

In addition to the exciting innovations that are taking place at the PulStar office, there are several tasks that demand attention every day. One such task is extremely exciting—fielding calls from current PulStar doctors, as well as patients searching for a local PulStar doctor to call their own.

This daily task is usually quite enjoyable, as patients often call to share positive experiences with PulStar doctors. 

Sometimes, they even want to refer someone they know to a PulStar Doctor, thereby expanding the PulStar family.

Manufacturing and shipping new systems also occur every day. This includes quality control, precise packing of equipment, and proper shipping of each product. When a shipment is sent, PulStar strives to keep doctors informed. 

The team even calls doctors to assist with the installation and system setup, helping doctors get their PulStar up and running quickly and easily. This is also the perfect time to answer questions, walk doctors through the program, and problem-solve any potential sticking points a doctor encounters.

Finally, the PulStar team makes contact with vendors and contracted manufacturers to ensure inventory is up-to-date and on hand. 

This daily process also allows PulStar to maintain healthy relationships with all of its partners, catch production issues or delays before they become problems, and keep the supply chain as streamlined as possible.

Late Nights and Global Reach

PulStar has a strong presence in North America, but its reach is not limited to a singular country or continent.

The comprehensive suite of products offered by PulStar is also sold in China, India, and a number of other countries around the world. 

Often, the team needs to make contact with distributors and doctors in these other regions of the globe. Working with them means accommodating their time zones, whether it’s for a phone call, virtual presentation, or video chat. 

The result is the occasional late night for the PulStar team. The effort and sleeplessness are well worth it, of course!
