PulStar version 11.0.51 Is Here

A productivity and clinical-insight upgrade for your PulStar analysis and adjusting system, with more on the way.

Patient education DICOM viewer
The new Imaging tab, now in beta: a patient's lumbar MRI displayed on the Anatomy screen. For patient education only, not for diagnostic use.

What's New in 11.0.51

Six updates designed to save time in daily practice and strengthen patient education.

Copy and Paste in Review Patient Notes

Reuse, transfer, and document findings faster. The notes section in Review Patient now supports copy and paste.

Bulk Reassignment of Patient Visits

A major time-saver when correcting records or reorganizing sessions. Patient visits can now be reassigned in bulk from the Review Patient Sessions screen.

Billing Grace Period Alerts

Avoid unexpected interruptions. PulStar now alerts you when a subscription payment fails and enters Apple's billing grace period, giving you time to update payment details before access is interrupted.

Preload Threshold Editor

Fine-tune how the instrument engages. Advanced Preferences now includes a preload threshold editor: review and adjust the impulse head's preload engagement thresholds, or restore them to factory defaults.

Neuropatholator® Linked to Pre-Analysis Findings

Stronger patient education, grounded in each patient's own results. The Neuropatholator Nerves and Muscles screens now reference the primary subluxations identified in the Pre-Analysis, connecting nerve and muscle pathways directly to each patient's findings.

* Neuropatholator is a registered trademark of Visual Odyssey, Inc.

macOS 26.5 Diagnostics Fix

Resolved an issue with Diagnostics when running macOS 26.5.

A Preview of What's Next

Spine Pattern Analysis

A new Patterns tab highlights recurring and treatment-resistant areas across a patient's recent visits, with an optional on-device AI summary, surfacing trends that individual visit reviews can miss.

Imaging Tab for DICOM Studies

View a patient's DICOM studies, including spine X-ray, CT, and MRI, right on the anatomy screen to support patient education. This is the feature shown at the top of this page. For patient education only, not for diagnostic use.

Manual Adjustment Rate in Specific Mode

Set the adjustment rate manually by entering a rate value in Specific mode. The value is saved between sessions.

These features are in beta testing now. Watch for them in an upcoming release.
