Open the patient list from the start screen, or press ⌘L.
Each patient can have their own analysis force, a force for each spinal region and a position. Leave a setting at Default From Preferences to use the practice default. When Auto Save Patient Preferences is on, the forces you use in a session become that patient's defaults at the next visit.
Click Start Session to begin a visit, or Review Sessions to look at past visits. PulStar saves the patient first.
Select the patient, click Archive Patient, then confirm. Archived patients are kept but can't be edited, started or reviewed. To bring one back, turn on Include Archived, select the patient, then click Unarchive Patient.
A session started with New Session on the start screen has no patient. To assign one, click Assign Patient in the session's sidebar and choose the patient. To detach the patient from a session, choose Session > Remove Patient From Session.
To look at saved sessions that have no patient, choose File > Review Anonymous Sessions. A session is saved only if it has analysis readings or adjustments.
PulStar backs up your current data first. Patients and sessions you already have are skipped, and a summary shows how many were imported.
