Review a patient's visits

Select a patient and click Review Sessions, or click Review during a session.

Choose visits

Click Select Session to choose the visit to show. Click Select Previous Visit to show a second visit beside it for comparison.

Tab	Shows
Charts	The visit's pre- and post-analysis charts, and the other visit if you chose one.
Summary	What was adjusted, how many times and at what force, plus the visit's notes. Click Edit Notes to change them.
Overall	The patient's visits over a date range, to show progress over time.
Patterns	Red bars that recur or persist across visits. On a Mac with Apple Intelligence, PulStar also lists potential related symptoms.
Imaging	The patient's imported imaging. See View a patient's imaging.

If visits were recorded under the wrong patient:

This can't be undone from the review screen. For sessions without a patient, click Assign Patient instead.

Click End Review when you're done.
