If you require assistance after hours, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We do check the support email regularly after hours and on week-ends. Please include the PulStar and Impulse Head serial number and any problem information at the time of call or email. You can find the Impulse Head serial number where the cord plugs into the PulStar and the PulStar serial number on the bottom or back of the PulStar box itself.
There is no support cost during the PulStar warranty period. After the warranty period, you can get free support via the email address above. Phone support is available at a rate of $75 US per hour with a minimum of 1 hour at the time of the call. Please have your credit card available at the time of the call.
Sense Technology also offers a loaner program currently at no additional cost while under warranty. If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone, we will send a loaner system overnight in the contiguous United States. This service excludes the computer shipped with the PulStar.
